Position: Research Thesis and Internship.
Research Thesis to obtain Electronic Engineering degree: “Control and supervision system in supply and pipe line pumps of Paso Diablo Mine of Carbones del Guasare, S.A.” The objective was to design a Control and Supervision System for the pumps from Paso del Diablo Carbones del Guasare S.A. Coal Mine, improve the pumping system and to allowed the personal to monitor and supervise the process and guarantee the water supply around the entire mine through the analysis of the actual situation; determination of requirements; system development proposal; software development; technical factibility, economic and operative. Also during the internship to develop database to all the computers on the mine offices and update the server, and maintenance and reparation on boards, radios GPS, and in trucks and control towers.

Activities: Installation, maintenance and reparation of Mini DV cameras, DVCPRO cameras, DVCPRO VTR’s, video mixer (PANASONIC) and training in the new technology P2 (cameras and VTR). To elaborates manuals of QSHE.
