Involved in commissioning activities of Poly Ethylene plant. The Plant planned to have turnover of 400kton/year LDPE&HDPE divided into four areas reactor, Compressor, Extruder, Hot and Utility constructed with latest technology with innovation of Basel and technimont Engineering, and IMT for Tasnee. Set up CCR with DCS (Foxboro Invensys ) and interfacing with all 3rd party automation systems ( Siemens, Wandfluf etc.,) having more than 20,000+ I/O loops.

Major Role :
a) As client side involved in testing the healthy and quality of 14,000+ field
Instruments, control valves and its internal loops from field to DCS.
b) Installation and construction subcontractor management of LDPE & HDPE plants and spare parts checking and controlling, Coordination with Project management team.
c) PSSR-Pre startup Safety Requirements and Emergency shutdown programs EP1,EP2, logical checking and its execution with SIL 3 logics.
d) Have got adequate knowledge in DCS (Foxboro Invensys ,Siemens). Automation based on AI, DI, AO & DO signals using Foxboro DCS [RS logix500] & SCADA (RS view logic 32) and Triconex and Invensys ,Wonderware.
e) Involved in functional checking ,Troubleshooting activities for all Transmitters, switches and Control valves and major of Management of changes, control valve sizing calculation
f) Familiar with Hook-ups,Loop drawings, P&ID Diagrams and Industrial Standards.
As maintenance :
I had worked as a on call instrument maintenance engineer for POLY-Ethylene plant.responsible for overall site management for corrective and preventive maintenance.

• Instruments , Control Valves, Control Panel & PLC datasheets,QA for new instruments and spares,
• Instrument index and schedules, Orifice and control valve sizing calculation,
• Instrument cable routing, tray layouts, Instrument cable schedule,
• Instrument installation and Hook-up drawings, Instrument loop drawing and Logic diagrams,
• Termination details, FAT and SAT procedure prepations,etc.Enquiry with techno commercial comparison charts, and ordering the instruments and i have done arrived new instruments and spare parts testing.
