Professional Experience

• Interacting with Admin Manager and Project Managers on different requirements to get a better understanding of the job profile and specifications given by them.
• Organizing walk-ins for various skills to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Sourcing, screening and short-listing the candidates from Intel database and different job portals, and through references and networking.

• Coordinating with the technical panel/ Group heads / Admin Managers for technical interviews of the short listed candidates and following up till they join.
• Documentation process like reference checks, job applications form, offer letter, salary negotiation and closing.


• Database Management Building & Maintaining Databank of candidates called, rejected and offered for future requirement.
• Coordinates with Business Units employment requisitions, job interviews & candidates evaluation
• Review & evaluate CV’s
• Conduct & correct recruitment test(Psychometric & Technical Test)
• Monitor performance of new employees during probation period.
• Define in coordination with business units company’s positions, departments salary scale, remuneration.
• To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company- sensitive information.
• Preparing employment contracts and overseeing employee accommodation agreements.
