JOB DESCRIPTION /DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Advisor for a proposal preparation, for biding outsourcing, for operation and maintenance of gas
Compression plants, power station, utilities, urea and ammoniac plant, including predictive maintenance
Program for rotating and reciprocating equipment, preventive maintenance program, cost estimation and
Optimization program.
Predictive maintenance analyst for the production operations div. (rotating & reciprocating equipment),
Alignment (dial indicator/laser beam) of rotating equipment trains. Analysis, performance, and maintenance
Predictions, based on operational trends. Reciprocating engine/compressor inspections
Direct in charge of mechanic maintenance of machineries such as Steam turbines Gas turbines, reciprocating
and Centrifugal Compressors, Turbo Compressors, Pumps Fans, etc.
Maintain, overhaul and repair gas/steam turbines and generators as Field Service Technician.

On-site services offered to me are: Planning and Scheduling- Direct Erection- Total overhaul (From start to

Performs skilled preventive maintenance works, repairs, installation, troubleshooting, modification,
Overhauling, & testing on a wide variety of mechanical & rotating equipments including pumps, gas & air
Compressors, turbines, gearboxes, internal combustion & steam engines, tank mixers, blowers, etc. at onsite

Performs routine preventive maintenance inspection on rotating equipments such as vibration & condition
Monitoring using different vibration instruments & analyzers.
Performs any other jobs as may be assigned such as preparation of RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts Lists) of
New units. Assembly &disassembly is very good.
Installs, modifies, operates, troubleshoots, repairs, overhauls, adjusts calibrates & tests refrigeration, air
Conditioning, ventilation & related systems & equipments including its pneumatic, mechanical, electrical &
Handbooks, standard practices & procedures and in accordance with design specifications.
