o 20+ years experience in the Oilfield Service Industry with strong management and business development records, applying diverse technologies in Drilling and Completion, Downhole Tools, Integrated Projects, and Wireline Services. Experience in abnormal hp/ht reservoirs, operations in harsh environment areas, heli-transportable operations and offshore.
o “Hands on” management of Sales, Technical and Operations Support Staff to obtain annual revenues above US$ 15 Million.
o Proven ability to effectively handle start up businesses, international projects, negotiating integrated services and contracts from the initial request to timely completion, in USA, Latin America, Far East and West Africa.
o Entrepreneurial experience in diverse fields as Fishing Industry and Electronic Security Systems.
o Direct supervision of Operation, Repair and Maintenance workshops with diverse product lines as Tubular, Liner Hangers, Artificial Lift, Completions, Fishing, Drilling Tools and Wireline in different countries.
o Experience in Technical and Management Training of multicultural employees and customers.

o Bachelor of Science - Mechanical Electric Engineering Program, Electronic Engineering Major, Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, Lima, Peru.
o Master of Business Administration, Industrial and Operations Management, University of Dallas, Texas, USA.

Extensive inhouse training in several areas of the upstream industry:
Wireline Logging, Log Analysis, Tubular Running, Tubular Accesories, Re-entry and Fishing, Artificial Lift, Completions, Safety, Quality Systems and Management.

o Experience in Technical and Management Training of multicultural employees and customers.
o Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments, team work oriented, focused on objectives and results.
o Strong Technical skills, self-learner.
o Full command of Spanish, Portuguese and English, with knowledge of French and Italian. Presently learning Arabic. Lived and worked in Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, West Africa, Peru, USA and North Africa.
o Nationality – Peruvian.
o Availability for immediate relocation with wife, or commuting.
