(1)Develop and analyse contract documentation (interpretation of Contractual Scope and Terms & Conditions) and provide advice and seek counsel on contractual, commercial, financial, insurance and legal issues w.r.t. Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Interiors and HVAC works for various assignments under GSPL.
(2)Coordinate contracts development and finalization of tender, invitations of Tender, evaluations of proposals received including requests for qualifications, post award coordination of Subcontract Variations, including Technical evaluation of vendors and defending claims from vendors.
(3)Participate in contract audits, reviewing records for accuracy and conformance to standards. (4)Co-ordination with various Govt., semi-Govt, local authorities, project Architects, Project Management Consultancy and Contractor in relation to various tasks viz. approval, drawings, progress etc. (5)Estimation, billing activities, contract closures etc.
(6)Preparation of construction schedule and catch-up schedules in case of delays for ongoing projects.
(7)Ensure proper assessment of extra works done by the contractors.
(8)Day-to-day planning and monitoring various activities at site.
(9)Implementation of HSE policies as per IFC guidelines at site.
(10)Ensuring Quality Control at site-ensuring approval and
(11)Upgradation of project status, creation of Purchase Orders, service entry etc. via SAP.

(1)Basically a BE-Civil Engineering.
(2)Post graduation in Project management(final semester completed, and undergoing thesis submission).
