AREAS OF EXPOSURE
Costumer Relation Management
č Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues, ensuring minimum TAT.
č Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
č Handling customer grievances and resolving issues.
č Monitoring post service activities such as following up with the customers, and handling customer grievances relating to the services offered and the billing system for superior customer service.
č Analyzing, assessing situations and develop solutions to meet the needs of prospective customer.




Accounts/ MIS
č Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
č Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company.
č Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance and assist in decision-making process.
č Preparing vouchers to the entitled holder.

Admin
č Managing of office administration.
č Liasing with customers and suppliers in order to ensure smooth transaction.
č Supporting staff.
č Arranging appointments and organising logistic to assist in the running of projects.
č Assisting in various functions within and outside the organisation.
č Manage various bookings (e.g. Travel, accommodation and transportation etc).
