1-Fabrications of platforms &Jackets of SPDs 6,7,8 in sadra yard(south pars field)


- Review and assessment of technical procedure and specification according to international standard and client specification and design requirement.
• Steel Structure Dimension Control
• Welding Inspection
• Preparing WPS, PQR approval according EN288-3,ASME IX,
AWS D1.1,Welder performance qualification according EN287,ASME IX,AWS D1.1
• Preparation, investigation and assessment of construction, fabrication documentation, final quality Data books and dossiers
• Preparing and assessment of inspection and testing plan (ITP)
• Acquaintance with API code (650,1104,6A.), AWS Code (D1.1, ASME Code (II, V, VIII, IX) ANSI B31.3, Nace and European norm
• Checking the material traceability and review of certificate.
• Familiar with hydrostatic and pressure test as per notified test packages.

• Familiar with pressure vessels and storage tanks inspection during construction
• Familiar with destructive test (tensile test, bend test, impact test, hardness test, fracture test) and interpretation as related standard in mechanical laboratory.

• Preparing and assessment of inspection and testing plan (ITP)
• Acquaintance with API code, AWS Code, ASME Code, European norm
2-Supervision DT of welding consumable test pieces for approval.
(bend test , tensile test , impact test, hardness test& fracture test)

• Familiar with Welding consumable approval and relevant tests


2- Construction of jacket & platform for phase 15(south pars gas field)
