Working as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager. The key tasks are as follows:

• Review operations and identify critical tasks/equipment to provide recommendations for the HSE system for existing operations
• Develop Environmental Management Procedures including waste management plan for onshore and offshore operations including identifying how to tie in traceability.
• Review the planned operation of production facilities to be developed in 2008 and assist in developing Critical Tasks for the off shore facilities.
• Managing the ISO 14001:2004 & 18001:2007 certification programme for the Company .
• Develop ongoing Oil Spill management plan for offshore operations.
• Develop a Hazardous Material Management Programme including handling storage, transport and use.
• Develop Safety and Environmental training plan for the operations group.
• Review and develop onshore drilling operation HSE
• Ensure Compliance with Environmental Permits issued by the Environmental Authorities through conducting internal audits and monitoring programme.
