Initiating and controlling civil material as per site requirements.
Preparing material report based on delivered and balanced and required by the site.

Updating Schedule in Primavera and also monitoring against the basic L4 schedule for any delays in the activities.
Monitoring and Updating weekly progress for all the activities (civil, piping, equipments, electrical etc) carried out on site and submitting reports to management.
Making of S curves and Bar charts for the monitoring purpose and also for reporting in weekly and monthly reports for the management
Coordinating between management and the engineers for timely completion of work.
Proving engineer weekly and monthly target to be achieved for timely completion of work
Monitoring of man hour and manpower reports.
