modeling of steam traps and utility stations and provide markup P&id and plot plans
for client.
Modeling & Analysis of Stress System using Caesar 4.5, Trunnion calculation, nozzle qualification using WRC-107, API610, API661 etc.
support punch list activity on site and as built model updating and provide as built isometrics to client.
Currently deputed on SHARQ site in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Resolving site related queries and construction related problems.

 Deputed on Sharq Ethylene 3rd Expansion Project in Saudi Arabia since Dec 2008 till date.
 Involved in final closure of client comments on final PID?s.
 Completed modeling of more than 150 small bore lines for indicative isometrics within the scheduled date of completion. i.e. a month
 Involved in final closing of Test packages for hydro testing commencement.
 Suggesting / Provide solution for closing out clients engineering surveillance observations (ESR?s).
 Carried out successful survey on additional material requirement for supports that were not installed at site by reviewing latest transmitted isometric to contractor.
 Co-ordinate with Construction to resolve site queries

 Resolving Punch list item raised by construction which is holding the system for handover to client.
 Issued to client as built marked location on plot plan and PID all the steam traps and utility stations in project.
