With the successful completion of OH Senior Field Engineer School, my overall understanding of running specialty services and their applications was greatly enhanced.

Field Engineer (August 2012 – September 2012)

Duties included overseeing the calibration, maintenance and overall proper functionality of Open Hole logging tools and equipment before, during and after each job.

Open Hole Service Manager (September 2012 – August 2013)

Responsibilities included the oversight of all day to day functions including taking call outs from rigs, dispatching of the Open Hole logging crews and units, post processing logs and printing of final logs for client distribution. Other duties included budgeting, asset management, interviewing of new personnel, log analysis, meeting with potential new clients and coordination with sales for new jobs. I was also the Radiation Safety Officer for the Midland district where I oversaw all things relating to Radiation were NRC and DOT compliant, including the training of personnel. All in all, I was the go to guy for all Open Hole aspects in the Permian Basin region and I also coordinated with our Colorado and Oklahoma City districts when they needed help.
