BEFORE OPENING OF STORE

• Mapping the particular area, to locate number of household;
• Store survey of particular business area; i.e. monthly sale, what type of discount given to particular items; average size of bill, item wise sale,
from which areas customers are coming.
• Search property for company to setup store at particular given area: requirement minimum 1500 Sqft.
• Making plans on graph to setup store; after taking proper measurement of property.
• Taken full responsibility to setup the store starting from civil work , setting up the racks , merchandising , display etc
• property finding and finalization


AFTER OPENING OF STORE

• In charge of whole store; Responsible of all activity inside & outside of store
• Actively Coach and Counsel New Employees to reach their fullest potential.
• Assisted and advised customers on purchase of various merchandise.
• Dealt with customer inquiries and complaint.
