Minimum 19 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Cost Control & Reporting, out of which approximately 10 years in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Refinery Industry at Site. Handled two Refinery/Petrochemical Projects

Hands-on experience in EPC environment, Administer and control department’s functional roles & responsibilities, provide engineering support services, guide and assist as technical link in Business Development, Marketing, Estimation, Procurement & Project Construction Activities, review and evaluate tender documents/ITB packages, examine value engineering, Provide project engineering management services, control and execute front-end/detailed engineering with in-house resources/control. Interact with client and fulfill commitments. Provide/assist Executive Management with information’s and promote/suggest for prospective involvement & improvement in department’s role and responsibility.

Experience of working in a Design/ Engineering/ Consultancy organization of repute, Self starter having entrepreneurial skill and analytical approach to problem solving, Capable to develop and lead a team of engineers in project estimation, oversee the project engineering quality and to provide detail engineering support. Adequate knowledge of Various Relevant Software's used in Respective Discipline.

Experience in executing EPC projects alongside Contractors, Material Requisitioning, RFQ Document Review, Finalizing List if Engineering Deliverables with Client/Consultant, Engineering Quality Monitoring / Control, Interface Engineering Liaison, Technical Evaluation of Vendor Bids, Vendor Documents Review and Co-ordination with other Engineering Disciplines and site Sub-Contractors. Good knowledge of International Standards and Codes applicable to the P & G Industry. Capable of managing a group of Engineers and Draughts men in terms of activity scheduling, man-hours, quality control and resources planning in delivering Fast Track EPC projects.

Planning, monitoring & controlling all site activities including manpower planning, resource planning & material planning and finalization of responsibility matrix for site engineers, Ensuring all site activities are carried out as per SOPs (standard operating procedures), DACP as per ISO 9001, OSHAS, Project specification, Approving the Project construction & erection Schedule,Analyzing the major scope of work at site (as per the Contract) and discussing with various disciplines for criticalities & strategies for timely completion of site work, Coordinating & monitoring with various site contractors and nominating engineers for supervision of work of various contractors, Continuously thriving for development of new resources for expediting the progress. Attending site coordination meeting with client on regular basis for reviewing site progress & resolving problems, Nominating the team for Invoice release to Customer at site and collection of the payment voucher at site, keeping track of pending invoices & payment vouchers, Responsible for site invoicing which broadly comprises of raising of invoices, processing and timely realization of payment and maintain a positive cash flow in line with project requirement. Preparation of project schedules in Microsoft Projects 2007 and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and AutoCAD.
