Broad experience in engineering and technical functions such as Estimating, Costing for Mechanical, Piping and Structural Both Offshore & Onshore works for Bid Commercial Proposal including preparation of preliminary design, material quantity take-off, man-hours, construction equipment, sub contract item assumption and special consideration to arrived at a competitive bid price. Data surveillance, preparation of bid deliverables, technical & commercial bid requirement and liaise with in-house department for the other requirement of the bid proposal. Capable of providing full interpretation of project scope of works and rendering technical assistance to the field operations craft supervision.
