Quality Assurance Responsibilities (Major):
• Establish, document and implement the QHSE Management System at the company by defining the required management policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements.
• Follow-Up the implementation of the QHSE management system at the company
• Issue and implement the required corrective/preventive actions required in case of actual breakdown in the system or potential deviation of such system.
• Issue the QHSE Internal Audit Plan covering the year and sites.
• Conduct and lead the QHSE internal audits in order to monitor, measure the performance and enhance the quality management system covering all company sites that are:
 MIDOR-ELNG-Quaron-Abu-Redues -Ras Ghareb-Se-gas-Gubco-Eastern Area-Southern Area
• Participate the QHSE steering committee as a member to discuss all problems and obstacles that faced during the implementation phase
• Participate with the top management to show the status of the QHSE Management Key Performance Indicators (QHSEMKPI)
• Use the quality management tools at the analysis phase during the daily work such as (Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Control Charts)
• Apply the Total Quality Management principles at the company departments
• Conduct awareness sessions related to quality management system in periodic intervals to the company staff.
• Establish, document and implement the document control processes.
• Participate with cross functional teams during the quality improvement projects.

QC Responsibilities (minor):
-Participating with the “inspection” department at establishing their own procedures as per ISO 17020 requirements
-Participating with the QC engineers at the company workshop for delivering (inspection activities) products (vessels, tanks,etc.) to the clients as per ASME Code requirements using the NDT methods
-Participate with the cross-functional team which is responsible for establishing “ Integration process between the ISO 9001:2000 and ASME code requirements)
