Piping Design Engineer with experience in Oil and Gas Field

To continue serving the oil and gas industry as a piping Design engineer and ensure that all the design which will be undertaken are in compliance with international standards and industry practice.

1)Piping Design Engineer with more than Three (3) yrs of experience in detail engineering of oil and gas have participated in Front end engineering of one of the project, Completed course of CEASER II version 5.0, Obtained training in Fire Extinguisher and Self Rescue.
2)Preparation of Piping Design Basis, Various piping related specifications like painting specifications, Insulation specification etc.
3) Preparation of Tender Document technical part (as schedule os work and schedule of quantities) for Indian Refinary projects.
4)Fire water demand calculation, Pipe thickness calculation, preparation of painting MTO,Pipe and Fittings MTO.
5)Checking of Demolition and Construction layouts, isomterics,• Coordinating with stress team, for updating of stress critical line routine & support mark-up on piping plan.
6)Preparation of Valve Data Sheets for Valves,Hazardous area classification of plot plan using IP-15 (area classification code for installations handling flammable fluids).
7)P& ID mark-up using Issued for construction Isometrics. Coordinating this mark-up with the process Department.
8)Interpretation of Stress analysis result & suitable supporting.
9)Familiar with international Standards API, ASME, DEP, BS.
