QA/QC Manager

Develop and implemented quality management system in line with APIQ1 &ISO 9001-2000 statutory safety requirements.Developed and implemented quality procedures, Operating procedures and Work instructions required for effective implementation of QMS.

With over 16 years of experience in Oil field support manufacturing companies, I consider myself as a great asset to any company that is involved in such business. I have worked in various countries in manufacturing, Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments.
I have successfully implemented, monitored and maintained Quality Management systems in accordance with ISO9000:2000 and API Q1 systems
I have experience in Planning and Conducting internal audits and vendor audits as appropriate.
Reviewing all Non Conformance reports, both internal and external sides of the company to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are put in place wherever possible to eliminate root causes.
Liaise with customers on a regular basis to understand and improve perceived quality performance.
Identify and recommend training required to support continuous improvement.
Ensuing appropriate system in place with all accreditations, thread licenses like VAM, Tenaris, Hydril, Hunting, Grant Prideco, NKK, ABTC and NS etc... In addition, appropriate international standards like API /ISO.
Prepare monthly management reports on QA/QC activities like cost of Quality, Customer satisfaction, supplier evaluation and overall Quality performance.
Knowledge on Lean Management principles implementation and audit.
Good API specification knowledge of Spec 7, 7-1, 7-2, RP 7G, 5B, 5D, 5CT, 6A, 11E & 16A and other Oilfield Drilling Specs like AISI, NACE,DS and NS.
Good knowledge with premium Drill pipe, Tubing and Casing connections like VAM (VAM TOP, DINO VAM, VAM FJL, SLIJ, VAM EXPRESS, VAM EIS etc..), Tenarishydril (Tenaris Blue, Hydril 500 series, MACII, Wedge threads, Two step threads like CS, PH threads etc..) , Grant Prideco (XT, HT, XTM GPDS & PAC threads) , Hunting, Nippon Steel, NKK and ABTC etc.
I have good command in Manufacturing, Servicing, Inspection of all types of drilling tools like drill pipe, drill collar, heavy weight drill pipe, stabilizer, casing and tubing, different types of subs and crossovers.
Good knowledge on repair/remanufacture and recertification of Hydril Blow out preventers, pulsation dampeners, different types of valves, x-mass tree, Adopters, Flanges and manifolds etc,
Knowledge on NDT Techniques, Hard banding of Drill pipe and drill collars, Hard facing of stabilizers, Welding and PWHT etc.

At present I am working with Premier-Borkit Oilfield Services as a QA/QC Manager, in Aktau, Kazakhstan. I am considered as one of the hands on, Dynamic engineer and as a great team player in all the companies, I have worked so far.
