• Co-ordinating Site Commercial activities including Finance/Accounts & Insurance, Purchase & Stores,
• Communication and getting work done from Doha Head Quarters in respect of projects handled
• Finalisation of budget, fund plan, project Costing & profitability of the projects
• Monitoring the Quantity & Material reconciliations related to Sub contractors / Suppliers for the project
• Daily monitoring the bank balance and ensuring timely advice to the project team on receivable & payables for the project
• Handling the suppliers/subcontractors of the project from Head Quarters
• Assisting the project team in preparation of monthly fund plan for the project
• Co-ordinating with the project team and Procurement department in timely sourcing of materials for the project
• Monitoring the productivity of labours (Departmental / Outsourced) in the project
• Communicating with client representatives regarding follow-up on receivables.
• Liaising with Internal & Statutory auditors on behalf of the project team
• Liaising with the Bankers including technical & commercial audits for the project
• Interacting with the Purchase department and Suppliers / subcontractors for rate negotiation.
• Interaction and negotiating Labour rates for outsourced labours for all projects in Qatar branch.
