Energy Adviser and Energy Corporate Planning Professional, with a multi million USD record of energy projects managed in the past twenty nine years offering experience in preparing, appraising, negotiating, and implementing international energy projects, managing multidisciplinary teams in all phases of engineering/strategic management during the projects life cycle. Expertise in managing energy projects in the context of their engineering, planning, forecasting (supply/demand), macro economic, markets, policy, institutional, investment, legal-contractual, business/economics, social, technical, Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) interactions.
