A post graduate of Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Shutdown /Turnaround Maintenance & EPC Projects of related to petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, LNG and power plant including India, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Oman & Qatar.

8+ years experience in Shutdown / Turnaround maintenance of all kind of Static Equipments (such as Column, Pressure vessel /Drums, Heat exchanger, Air cooler, Reactor, aboveground storage tanks, Furnace & Heater, Flare ,Hydraulic seals, filter , Sulphur pit , stack, incinerator and pigging & process piping’s) in oil & Gas sectors and including 11 Turnaround & 30 shutdowns in India & Middle East.

2 years of Project Management experience in Piping Fabrication, erection, commissioning of power cycle piping & Process piping in power plant & NGL plant.
• Segregating scope from various departments and assigning work-order no for each job.
• Identification of job volume, criticalness, material requirements, rigging requirement & Pre-T/A arrangement through site visit and scope studies.
• Reserving required materials for each work order through scope study and drawings.
• Preparation of workbook with all necessary documents and getting approval from client
• Identification of plant and machinery requirements.
• Identification tools and consumable requirements.
• Identification of supervisor and foreman requirement based on job locations and volume.
• Preparation of method statement for critical jobs.
• Attending Task Risk Assessment meeting for critical jobs.
• Identification critical lifting locations and preparing rigging study with rigging specialist
• Tracking the criticality of the main paths to completion and float consumption
• Providing close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work.

So far I handled 11 turnaround & 30 shutdowns with in a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer & NGL sectors including India & middle east
Good experience in maintenance activities of Oil & Gas equipments and good Exposure in internals of all major static equipment
Good Knowledge in materials related with all major static equipment
Comprehensive Knowledge in reading P&IDs, Isometric Drawings & Construction drawings.
Proficient in Project management and Cost controlling techniques.
Good experience in Power cycle critical piping in Thermal Power Plant
