Planning & CMMS Engineer at "Rashpetco Petroleum Company"
Responsible for:
o Full implementation and data gathering of the new projects in the company and upload all data on the (CMMS) program
o Administering CMMS software and solve the small problems may arise, and supervise the upgrades that may be done as required.
o Issuing weekly, Quarter and Annual Maintenance plan.
o Updating Master Plan as required according to the Work order feedback.
o Developing Required Reports and statistics as required from Management.
o Holding CMMS Training sessions for new Maintenance Engineers.
o Holding planning weekly meeting to discuss the common issues between Maintenance departments & Production and notify the departments about SCE Backlog, manpower KPIs and CM/PM ratios.
o Preparing the list of activities, required resources and scheduled plan for Plant shutdown.
o Following-up with material department the safety & Production critical spares status.
o Prepare monthly reports and the associated KPIs for the rotary machines and send them to management (Asset Integrity KPIs, SCE Backlog Graphs, Manpower KPIs and Work Order Statistics).

CMMS Engineer at "First Engineering & Software Systems"
Responsible for:
o Implementing, upgrading following-up and troubleshooting Company CMMS Packages (GMS, MMS) at clients' side.
o Designing, the appropriate Forms & reports that cover the clients needs and ensures the most usability from the data available at Clients databases.
o Training Clients' employees using the Company's CMMS system and Crystal Reports package.
o Assist the technical and operational departments in all matters related to CMMS work management modules and recommend maintenance system requirement.
