Currently I am responsible for provision of IT services to the customer – BNP Paribas Bank in Rome, with full administrative and organizational power of the various teams. I also manage relationships with the customers, transforming their business needs in high-level of IT solutions with the support of my collaborators.

Accomplishments:
• Managing all project deliverables including specs, schedules and budgets;
• CMMI and ISO methodology implementation, strategic project management;
• Meetings with the team and leaders responsible for implementation of technical programs in different projects;
• Interacting with designers, developers, programmers, consultants and other employees for effective project operation;
• Mentoring and guiding the team in regulatory compliance issues;
• Establishing a long-term relationship with the clients.

I started working at IBM as a Functional Analyst for the client BNP Paribas in Rome, participating in various IT projects. My responsibilities were expanded with the time arriving to the point where I was delegated to manage teams and projects.
I’ve managed such projects as Design and Implementation of the customer care platform, Cheques management procedure, Treasury and MIS.

Successfully managed several projects for the client "Banca Nazionale del Lavoro" (BNP Paribas) with the following duties:
• Created project plans, implemented schedules for the projects;
• Carried out risks analysis and risks management; ;
• Handled the schedules, assets expenditures, cost expenditures, and physical resource provision;
• Maintained relationship with clients;
