• Responsible for execute maintenance activities and to attend abnormalities in the Petrochemical Plant.
• Responsible for routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of static equipments like Heat exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Piping, etc) and rotary equipments like Single & multistage centrifugal pumps. Installation and maintenance of mechanical seal. Maintenance of cooling towers, agitators/mixtures and gear boxes.
• Responsible for reviewing and developing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Having understanding of permit to work system.
• Assist senior management in evaluation/selection of stationary/rotary equipments.
• Monitoring HSEQ Performance.
• Generate monthly report of stationary and rotary equipments.
• Identification of critical spares and ensures availability of the minimum required level of inventory.
• Assist senior management in planning of rotary and stationary equipments maintenance work.
• Perform vibration and temperature analysis of rotary equipments.
