C & I ENGINEERING AND SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE:
•Compliance with company HSSE policy. Inspection and Commissioning experience with process control and instrumentation systems (PLCs, DCSs and Field instruments)
•Industry experience with valves overhauling(manual, control and relief), testing, and calibration using industrial standards and codes (API, ANSI).
•Sizing and Selection of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment. Operation and Maintenance experience with field instrumentation and control systems. Ensure compliance with statutory, professional, HSSE best and ethical practices. Ensure quality assurance of contractor equipment, works and work procedures.
•Contract Review and Verification. Liaising between contractor and company
•Responsible for work scope preparation, budgeting. Technical evaluation and specifications verifications of electrical and instrumentation equipment. Identification of upgrade/modernization of existing instrument loops, P&IDs, Instrument sizing and specification.
MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE:
•Maintenance, Repair, Overhauling and calibration of oil and gas production instruments: Control valves, manual valves, Controllers, Flow meters, CP Pumps, Injector, pressure/temperature gauges, flow meters .Supervision of instrumentation rehabilitation work (calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauling).
•Installation and maintenance of distributed electro-pneumatic process control systems (PLC, SCADA, Distributed I/O).Troubleshoot and rectify problems on electric drives/VARIAC, PLC, MCC, control panels. Designing and maintenance of computer systems.

oInstallation and Commissioning of SPDC control valve test bench
oCalibration to standard of Rotron flowmeters using volumetric prover tank
oOverhauling and Maintenance of oil and gas production equipment according to SPDC global and HSSE standard
