Job Responsibilities:
Annual & semi Maintenance Testing & Calibration of PSV in Malongo Based Offshore
Psv compliance for all chevron based offshore
Data base entry in all test report and due calibration
Report to planning department for week schedule and create the work order
Create to planning list of valves for week schedule Greasing PM
Wellhead x MAS tree Vetco Gray Valves Greasing at On site
Apply Greasing - Seal weld grease type- valve cleaner plus, lube #911
Apply the Greasing Semiannual PM Ball valve Sealant # 5050
After job completion close the work order
Create the JSA (JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS) To Q4 software
Create job maintenance planning sheet, work permit system
Daily update for job status and surrender work order to Q4 System
Familiar with Q4, E ONE (ENTERPRISE ONE) SOFTWARE
