Duties &
Responsibilities: *Responsible for the auditing of a group of companies including all the governmental taxation reports.
*All kind of Governmental reports. (Vat, salaries taxes …..) .
Full responsibility for all accounting procedures and accounting entries for some companies including salaries reports, end of month reports, p&l reports, cash flow reports for the manager or the c e o in charge.
2003 – 2010: Chief Account Portemilio Hotel & Resort Kaslik – Lebanon
Duties &
Responsibilities:* advise & assist the CEO, as a member of the collaborative management team, in meeting or exceeding the overall financial and strategic objectives.
* direct the financial/accounting activities of the Portemilio Hotel & Resort in a sound and timely manner.
* be responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, review and monitoring of all financially related policies and procedures.
Major Areas of Accountability:
1. Creates the conditions by which the Portemilio Hotel is able to achieve its financial objectives.
2. Directs all financial activities in a way that achieves the overall goals of the Portemilio Hotel, including but not limited to:
A - Planning: Prepares long range financial forecasts and works collaboratively with other management team members
B - Budgeting: Leads the effort in the planning and preparation of the annual budget.
C - Reporting: Prepares various state and federal reporting requirements.
D - Cash Management and Investments: Insures cash flow statements are prepared monthly manages the daily cash balance and invests excess funds to achieve the most lucrative rate consistent with board policy.
E - Finance: Plans for the future financing requirements and stability of the Portemilio Hotel.
3 - Coordinates with the CEO and administers the wage, salary and benefit plan.
4 - Coordinates implements and administers the Human Resource function.
