Functioning as Application Engineer for pressure vessels (ASME VIII div II)
Satisfactorily interacting with customers; collecting and analyzing requirements for projects stages;
Evaluating customer requirement of pressure vessels, familiarizing with Armaco specification & ASME Code, analyzing specifications and obtaining clarification, understanding engineering problems and computing costs for vessels and skids.
Approving engineering documents & data sheet of (instrumentation, valve, piping and gasket).
Preparing pre GA/PID drawings of vessels & skids and obtaining, approving offers from vessel fabricator; commencing project, supervising on site construction and erection, monitoring progress, inspecting fabrication, erecting & painting, testing vessel and piping; ensuring that subcontractors working as per customer specifications (ARMACO,SABIC,AZMIR) and ASME code.
Troubleshooting instrumentation, PLC & actuated valves MOV.
Prepare service report and submit to the client.
Preparing O & M, maintenance manuals and training client personnel.

Assisting clients with technical costing; extending technical support to sales engineers; advising client on best options for selection of filter elements.
