Complete in charge of repair & maintenance of directional drilling services.
R & D for Directional Drilling MLWD, Mud Motors, Jars, down hole tools and surface system.
Vendor development and localization of manufacturing for cost effect. This includes procurement of parts globally and locally, customized with QC requirement.
Annual budget preparation for repair and maintenance. Costing and operational planning for time and cost based operation..
Inventory control, inventory ordering, effective inventory cost control.
Responsible for new project with third party tool compatibility.
Assisting for various new project and asset control system globally.
Shop Facility Set up and Quality Audit, Complete technical services and maintenance of workshop equipment.
Overhauling of directional drilling equipments and forecasting in calendar or hourly basis.
Operating In charge of ERP Oracle R12 software for inventory, PO and stock area.
Setting up new and localize corrective process flow to improve MTBF(Mean time between failure).
Assisting operations on call basis at site.
QA/QC and supervision of NDT for Directional Drilling Equipments.
Responsible for project launch of LWD Resistivity system ,operation and maintenance in India.
In-charge for QHSE.
In charge of training.
Eductation
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical (Indian Navy).
