Professional Experience
Arabian Industrial Fibers Company, an affiliate of SABIC and with private sector partnership is located in Madinat, Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah. The natural gas is converted into aromatics complexes, one of the complexes is converted into a PTA base material for the processing of polyester. Ibn Rushd is self-sufficient of feedstock for the various processing operations.
Worked as Secretary – Utility-II, IBN Rushd, where my responsibilities were:
To assist the Project Manager in administration and provided clerical support.
Follow-up of meetings, scheduling visits and coordinate different matters with manager, supervisor(s) and field operators.
Manage emails, maintaining correspondence both internally and externally, and filing systems.
Preparation of presentations for UTILITY-II, Department Meeting, Safety Health & Environment (SHE) meeting and various high profile meetings & events.
Preparation of permits & forms for Travel, Transfer, Treatment, Visitor, Vehicle, Communication, Exit Entry, IQAMA, Gate Pass, Material Gate Pass, Medical Claim, Passport Renewal, Road Block, and other forms and permits for the department.
Preparation of monthly Job Qualification Plan (JQP), vender INVOICES, SSRS, MOCs, SBRs.
Preparation of Monthly, Weekly & Annual and other reports for UTILITY-II and admin office.
Work under pressure and respond to challenges.
Management of appointments and meetings.
Arrangements of Hotel & Flight reservations.
