Indenting Welding Consumables & Inspection of welding consumables.
Preparing PWHT procedures as per codes / Client requirements.
Shop Welding monitoring. (before, during & after).
Weld Visual inspection.
maintaining Welding Training centre & giving training to welders.
Qualification of Welders (WPQ / WOPQ)
Preparation of Daily RT/UT Analysis.
Preparation of Weld repair procedures.
Monitor PWHT.(heat treatment).
Calibration of welding rectifier's, Quivers,baking ovens, Gas flow meters,rotators.
Maintaining welder's continuity records.
Conducting Quick corner meetings to welders.
