I am a senior Human Resources generalist with management responsibilities and over 18 years’ experience. My industry background is considerably varied, with sector experience in Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Rail, Commercial Aviation, Government and Financial Services.

Through my career I have gained international HR experience both at a strategic and operational level, where I’ve held Senior HR Management positions and performed all functions as a generalist HR professional. In particular strategy and change management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, coaching and employee/industrial relations.

I am adept at quickly scanning an industry situation to develop HR themes to position the organization for profitable growth and skilled at working in partnership with Executives and Managers to identify, design and implement human resource practices and processes to optimize business results and enhance stake holder satisfaction.
