- Implement SWOT analysis to measure and determine (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats).
- Optimum Financial structure and re-engineering.
- Screening financial ratios and indicators.
- Evaluate to improve: management strategy planning, measuring staff by key performance indicator (KPIs) to achieve corporate excellence.
- Introduce &implement the balance scorecard process.
- Determine elements of operation chain which should make major change and adjustments.
- Identify alternative financial strategies for appropriate financial re-structuring if applicable.
- Management restructure & reorganization if necessary.
- Define stakeholderˇ¦s expectations and establish clear and compelling business objectives upon proper valuation.
- Allocate resources to develop critical capabilities.
- Plan and respond to contingencies / environmental change.
- Monitor performance and target potential business arenas.
- Set a proper context for budgeting decision and performance.
- Targets/objectives achievement to materialize the optimum returns on full production and best quality.
- Introduce financial resources for investment opportunities.
- Studding new investment opportunities subject to feasible IRR, Growth and risk management control.
- Present, Approve final accounts with analytical figures, ratios and recommendations.
