Shift Team Leader - Operations ( Oil and Gas Industries )

Responsible for production activities, ensuring safe operation practices, Supervision of all field activities , Team leads responses to emergencies, assesses situations and recommends course of corrective action.

Power & Utilities operation for Refinery and petrochemical complex.
• Well conversant in handling and safe operation of 14 X GE Frame 6 Gas Turbines coupled with GE/Alstom alternator, brushless excitation system.

• GE Speedtronic Mark 5 and Mark 6 Control System Micro processor based turbine control system provides sequencing operations, controlling, protection, monitoring, start up, loading, shutdown and cool down of turbine for safe and reliable operations of the system
• Foxboro DCS is provided to monitor, data acquisition and control the distributed functions from a central control facility. TMR-PES (Triple Modular Redundant-Programmable Electronic Systems) is used for a Protective/Emergency Shutdown (PESD) system.
• SR Naptha Hydro treater & Tank farm controls and operation.
• Well Injetion of waste water treated,Wet & Dry gas flare, Degasser and High COD treatment..
• Slug catcher of the Inlet Gas Receiving station and distribution to the plant.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Electrical Supervisor ‘C’ Certificate for operating high voltage switchgear issued by Govt. of Tamilnadu, India.
Boiler Operating Engineer (BOE) issued by Govt. of Tamilnadu, India.
