# Daily Check-In, Check-Out,(Process of Drawings Logging latest Revision & Logout older Revision).
# sending Notification to the Construction Managers according to the Distribution Matrix, Proper Filing of the Drawings, Data-Sheets, Isometrics, Specification etc. and issuing the same to the Contractors with Transmittal copy.
# Carryout support functions such as preparing the agenda, taking down minutes and resolutions of the meeting, Managing documents consisting of confidential information.
# Ensure all communications whether by email, memos, faxes, and telephone calls are suitably responded in the shortest possible time.
# Maintain all project progress reports submitted by respective departments for future reference.
