JAMNAGAR-EXPORT REFINERY PROJECT (JERP)-:
Presently I am working Gross route Refinery Reliance Petroleum Limited – Jamnagar (SEZ) as a Lab-Chemist & Commissioning in JERP Central- Laboratory.
? Refinery Products:-
Naphtha, Gasoline, HSD,CBFS, products from product tank farm are being analyse for Density, Total Sulphur, Flash pt, KV, Cloud pt, Pour pt ,CFPP,Freezing-point, Bromine number & Bromine-index ,R-sh ,Tan, HFRR, RON, MON, in routine shifts. After the certification; samples are properly preserved for carry out analysis in the future, if any dispute arises.
? HIGH SPEED DIESEL:
Density, Flash point, Distillation, TS, Cloud Point, Pour point, CFPP, KV@40.0°c, Cetane number by CFR Engine has been carried out and the results are entered in lims and approved for tank form samples

?LIMS Activities:-
After the completion of analysis all the results of process intermediates as well as finished products samples are being feed in to LIMS (Laboratory information & Management system ). Regularly go thru with LIMS and overview the status of logged in as well as online samples .Updating the results of online samples after verification . Preparing quality certificates & Test reports from the data’s available in LIMS. Fax the Quality certificates and Test reports to concerned departments after duly signed by shift in charge.
