Main Responsibilities:
• Closely monitor all aspects of the schedule and report to Project Manager any deviations.
• Monitor Primavera CPM schedule and Progress S-curves and ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate weekly and monthly progress reports and highlight areas of concern, critical activities and key deliverables/milestones achievements,
• Review and supervise discipline wise progress for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and commissioning along with EPC Contract.
• Attend construction progress meeting with Contractor and highlight delays and request corrective actions.
• Monitor Project performance using EVMS and Calculate Variance and forecasts.

• Assist major plant shutdowns / turnarounds and Work Scope preparations (Work packages, Drawings, Job Plan, resources, spare parts, tools, etc…)
• Monitor Preventive maintenance and Improve PM’s job plans and equipments reliability and safety.
• Perform Work order, Purchasing, Inventory and Resource management.
• Assist daily planning activities and prioritise Safety critical equipment,
