Our Quality Surveillance Inspectors can visit a client’s sub-contractor facility to witness and verify inspections and tests, review conduct of special processes, verify measurements and test results and assess workmanship.

Expediting and Project Follow-Up:
In parallel with inspection activities, if required, periodic visits are carried out at a vendor’s premises in order to find (and help solve) all potential problems that could affect the manufacturing and cause a delay on delivery time. Such as missing approved documentation, excessive workload and inefficient technical communication between the parts involved in the project.

Technical consulting on Project Specification & Material Requisition:
We provide technical consulting to our clients by supporting them in the preparation of the Project Specification / Material Requisition. Our Engineers can provide advice with regard to compliance to applicable international standards and to manufacturing feasibility.

-ITP
-Testing Procedures
-Welding Book
We provide technical consulting to our clients by supporting them in the verification and approval of supplier’s documents such as Quality Plan, Non-Destructive Examination procedures, hydrotest, dimensional check and painting procedures.

Planning of the inspection program during:
-Vendor’s production

We have in our team SNT-TC-1A level III NDE experts, TWI welding inspectors and IWT welding technologists and NACE level 2 painting experts

Staff Technical Competence
Our staff are selected to perform required services based upon their demonstrated qualifications and experience and are subjected to continuous additional technical training.

Personal Health and Safety
When visiting a manufacturer/supplier’s plant, our staff strictly observe all Health and Safety regulations enforced by the facility or site authority and wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) selected in accordance with the types of hazards involved.
