2G&2.5G and 2.75G network with around 3 MSub.

1. Drive test by using Teems program from SonyEricsson.
2. Making Site survey, planning.
3. Working knowledge on RNO Program.
4. Working knowledge on NPO program.
5. Working knowledge on Map Info Program.
6. Manage a team of RNO engineers and give them the technical support
7. Working knowledge on Teems Investigation program.
8. High level of troubleshooting the radio problems and proposing the solutions.
9. Definition of Radio Network strategy in term of traffic management, frequency plan, NW layers HO and reselection.
10. Monitoring on main KPI's for Network.
11. Monitoring on Handover KPI’s.
12. Reporting and interfacing the customer.
13. Definition of Radio Network strategy in term of traffic management, frequency plan, NW layers HO and reselection.
14. Enhance the PS KPIs of the network in term of accessibility, retain ability and throughput.
15. Familiar with Alcatel-Lucent equipments.
16. Working knowledge on NSN program.
17. Working knowledge of NSN 2G•
18. Working knowledge in Net Act Program.
19. Substantial experience in 2G planning and optimization •
20. Network performance analysis and troubleshooting.
21. Work closely with RNP team to define the black spots of coverage and capacity.

B.Sc., degree in engineering of communication & electronic with GPA (70.42%) good from Sana'a University.
