Bathinda Punjab).. A well known 9 MMT PA Refining capacity unit of Mittal GROUP in fields of manufacturing Petrochemicals products with , 5000 workforce in total. .

PERSONNEL FUNCTIONS –
• Responsible for Factories Act Compliance in accordance with Punjab Factories Rule in plant pertaining to Safety canteen, hygiene, shelter/ restrooms drinking water and other facilities as per provisions of Punjab Factories Rules.
• Liaison with different Government authorities as E.S.I, P.F. Factories, Labour Dept. etc.
• Statutory compliance administrator for the whole plant for I.T. enable Legal Compliance Manual.
• Representation of department in Central safety committee and along with local safety committees to ensure the safety provision compliance at refinery.



(B.) Worked as Deputy Manager Personnel & Administration (Welfare Officer) . since 1st October 2010 to 28th April 2012. And as Assistant Manager P&A since 5th June 2006 to 30th September 2010. With M/s. TATA CHEMICALS LTD. (Fertilizer Division Babrala Badaun U.P.).. A well known ISO 9001, 14000 & OHSAS Certified Manufacturing unit of TATA GROUP in fields of manufacturing Fertilizer as well as FMCG products with Rs.10000 Crore turnover, 1800 workforce in total.



(C.) Worked as Member H.R. & G.A. since 10th June 2005 to June 2006,with M/s. MINDA FIAMM ACOUSTIC LTD.. A well known MNC ISO 14001 & TS 16949 Certified Manufacturing unit of MINDA GROUP in fields of manufacturing Horns For Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler Automobile Industry.
Was Monitoring the workforce of 400 persons of 2 units



(D.) Worked as Sr. Executive H.R. & Admin since Nov. 2000 to 9th June 2005 with M/s. Macro Piston And Rings Pvt. Ltd. A well known ISO 9001-2000 Certified organization Of BAR Group in fields of manufacturing Break-shoes, Piston rings, Clutch Plates For Automobile Industry.
