• To proactively manage all aspects of the Director daily schedule to ensure the smooth running of the office daily activities

Additional Information

Currently I am working in the Financial Institution. I am handling the overall functions of Personal Assistant of the company. I also handle most of the operation of the company, eg. payroll, petty cash, credit control, operation, process loan documentations. I also have to make a visitation to the Government offices concern on verification, collection of payment purposes. I am willing to handle multiple tasks given and finish task given within stipulated time.
