• Specialized in operation of rotating equipments installed in Oil and Gas Processing facilities having in depth knowledge of maintaining records and perform checks for the QMS/ EMS/BSC/OHSAS & such other systems
• Precommissioning Commissioning, Start Up, Shut down, troubleshooting for Petrochemicals and Refinery projects.
• Currently phinished project with Reliance Industries Ltd for there world largest Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Plant and started commercial production without any major problem.
• Having experience in operating major process equipment like variou types of Compressors and pumps, Different tpes of Reactor, Regenerator, Power recovery trains (Expander, Blower, Turbine & Motor/Generator), Different type of distillalation columns, waste heat boilers, HP & LP steam generators,.
• Adept in Lighting up pilot and main burners, Soot blower operations, FD /ID fans start up, shut down, and change over, Compressors / turbine start up, shut down and change over
• Responsible for carrying out the field activities for safe & optimum operation of the plant, as per laid down procedures
• Strict compliance of all HSEF procedures with proficiency in quickly responding to all emergencies like fire, trips, etc
• Conduct equipment trial once it is received back from Maintenance & carry out equipment changeover as required
• Perform field operation for a continuous refining plant having 200KBPSD of Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit.
• Ensure safe, smooth and Productive Operation in the plant
• Accountable for operating continuous Fluidized Catalytic Cracking plant for the production of the LPG and other petroleum products by Advanced Process Control
• Adeptly Coordinating commissioning, smooth START-UP, SHUT-DOWN & EMERGENCY activities
