• Contributed in developing procedure and guiding principle for procurement.
• Provided inputs for the preparation of Procurement Budget (Capital & Operational).
• Responsible for the procurement and Logistics of more than ` 600 Millions of imports.
• Vendor Development and Management, developed more 150 vendors list under different categories of materials and services (Civil & Mechanical). Managed more 50-100 I tier and II tier supplier’s base with different diversity.
• Effectively negotiations and minimize total cost of ownership for goods and services, generated saving of 4%.
• Identifying key areas of cost saving in various categories of materials and contributing in achieving project saving targets.
• Preparation of International Logistics contract and acting as focal point for all logistics issues, addressing and clarifying the same.
• Conducted due diligence and Periodical evaluation of different categories of Vendors.
• RFQ preparation for complete BOM, work contracts and Logistic (Onshore & Offshore) contract, floating the same to pre-qualified vendors.
• Preparation of EOIs/RFIs/RFPs/RFQs ensuring compliance with required policies and procedures.
• Preparation of comparative statement taking into consideration both technical & commercial terms & conditions and conducting effective negotiation and finally preparing the Note for Approval.
• Liaise with all major suppliers and service providers (Onshore & Offshore) on an ongoing basis to set up standard agreements.
• Competent in handling multiple Project Procurement activities.• Product sourced from foreign countries, Solar Modules, Module Mounting Structures, Solar Cables, Inverters, CB’s & MCB’s and dealing with import complexities.
• Co-ordinated with overseas supplier/Shipping Lines/Custom House Agents (CHA’s).
• Products sourced Pipe Fittings, Valves, Insulation Joints, Pipe Coating Materials, Stud & Nut Bolt, Gaskets, HDPE Duct Pipe, Foam Pig & Casing Insulator, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge & Thermowell, Electrode & Welding Accessories and other related materials/instruments required for gas pipeline construction.
• Finalizing Work/Service Orders for Various Vendor Inspection Agencies (TPIA), Radiography/Non Destructive Testing and other outsourced activities of pipeline construction.

• Master of Business Administration (Focused of Oil & Gas Sector) from School of Petroleum Management Gandhinagar Gujarat in Year 2009.
• Bachelor of Science (Mathematics & Physics) from Bundelkhand University Campus Jhansi Uttar Pradesh in Year 2006.

• Diploma in Project Planning & Management using Primavera for CADD Center in 2011.
