Role:

 Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services.
 Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, E-mail and face to face.
 Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
 Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill.
 Installing new system, up gradation of systems of clients.



Worked as Field Executive IT (E.D.P.) at Share Mircofin Ltd in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka for 3years 9months.

Role:

 Working with VB, Crystal reports, Ms-Access and Ms-excel
 Solve the database problems
 Checking the system accuracy and Solved Hardware Problems
 Sending Database to the Head Office in every month end
 Checking the branch files and match them with system database
 Visiting and supervision of braches
