2. Checking of bonus
3. Checking of net price for special customer
4. Approving the sales orders
5. preparing the invoices & forwarding to warehouse for customer delivery
6. Checking & entering of sales return order
7. processing for special customer agreement order
8. processing of office gift items & invoice





Purchasing & Logistic Dept –

Duties & Responsibility

1. Planning for a year Stock
2. Raising the purchase order
3. Submitting to supplier
4. Confirming the Proforma invoice
5. Checking of price & total quantity
6. Follow up with supplier ,for shipment information
7. Receiving bill of lading & original documents
Example – Invoice, Bill of Lading, SASO certificate,chamber of commerce,
Packing List
8. Raising the custom duty
9. Informing the concerned warehouse regarding the arrival of shipment
10. Insuring the shipment
11. Raising the insurance claim if the received shipment if damaged
12. Submitting the GRN to finance for stock entry
13. Dividing the total quantity to different branches as per required quantity in branches
14. Follow up with Customs
15. Preparing for Custom Duty & Freight Charges
