Responsible for setting up the organization in India to provide low cost, high quality engineering services for power plant control and water/wastewater projects worldwide. Focus on hiring, retaining and managing the team. Measure of success included meeting delivery, budget and quality requirements of global projects. Expand the engineering center by moving up the value chain, added skills based on business requirements. Manage engineering center budget while ensuring profitability and business growth. Lead the engineering team of 200 and report to Vice President - Projects and Services (USA). Coordinate with multiple functions within the organization in addition to senior management.

Project Management:

- Played a key role in establishing the organization in India in FY 1997 in coordination with US leadership and grew the engineering team from 4 to over 200 from FY 1997-12
- Spearheaded over 550 projects worldwide while contributing to skills development in the areas of control design/tuning, sequence design, process optimization and validation
- Contributed to infrastructure expansion in line with division policies while using latest technology and establishing high speed data-link with US office, resulting in easy access/transfer of data
