ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Review the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, understand, analyze and
accurately assess all ITT requirements.
2.Prepare the BOM along with complete specifications for vendor & sub-contracting inquiries.
3.Prepare cost comparison sheets for all supply & Sub-contractor items.
4.Prepare cost estimates in accordance with client requirements and discuss it with Proposal In-charge.
5.Co-ordinate, prepare and compile the complete documentation, both technical and commercial for submission to clients.
6.Attend to client’s tender clarifications.
7.File and organize all relevant tender documents, and correspondences and data’s.
8.Utilize available resources to respond fully to client Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification requirements.
9.Maintain and update the rates of materials and equipments in database to keep them current.
