Position: Senior Trader
1.Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
2.Maintain good relations with our customers, and meeting them in our premises to discuss their requirements.
3.Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4.Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
5.Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our customers as required.
6.Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.
7.Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
8.Preparing all paper work for the sales department from the time of receiving the purchase order until the dispatch of the material.
9.Planning the material that should be dispatch from the factory, through monitoring our stock.
10.Preparing Invoices, Bill of Lading and other documents needed for the Letter of Credit.
11.Following up with international and local banks the documents checking and the payment against letter of Credits.
12.Preparing Certificates of Origin, and GCC Certificates requested by customers.
13.Checking rates with the shipping lines and taking the decision for which shipping line to use.
14.Getting Updates from the shipping line about the status of the shipment and reporting our customers.
15.Preparing all the sales department documents required for the API Standard and getting checked by the API Auditors.
