Maintain accounting records for maintaining transparency

Assisting in Audit conducted by Government Authorities.
• Assisting in passing general entries for the financial statements.
• Assist in preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing available account information
• Assisting in preparation of Financial statement Computations and preparation of Tax Returns
• Assisting in preparation of Refund from government calculations and Tax Refund Claim
• Issuing certificates to vendors for with held amount on each transaction on behalf of government
• Confirming vendor payments through Oracle (ERP system) reports before issuance of certificates.
• Reconciliation of general ledger with tax returns and Financial statement figures
• All other Accounts/audit/tasks given by manager and Deputy General Manager of Budget and tax
• Assisting in reconciliation of statements requested by Tax Authorities including compliance of various laws (company’s act/income/sales tax law /excise duty laws).
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
