Designation: RF Optimization Engineer/ RF Drive Test Coordinator/ RF Drive Test Analyzer

PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES:

• RF Performance Optimization, RF Drive Test Coordination, Drive Test Data Analyzer, RF Planning, Indoor/Outdoor Coverage RF Survey work, KPI Performance Optimization.
• Guiding DT Team on Drive Route & Daily Activities Follow up. Analysis & Preparation of Report from Drive Test Log & Troubleshooting.
• Pre- Post Network Optimization & Normal Tuning Optimization through Drive Test & Verification of KPI Target, RF Network performance Analysis & Improvement of Coverage, Quality, maintaining KPIs, IBS Solution, Customer Complain Resolutions, BSS/RAN KPI Network Worst Cell Optimization on daily basis as per project Requirement, Supporting to Network KPI Team, Cluster KPI Worst Cell Optimization & Normal Planning Serving & Neighbor Cell of GSM/WCDMA/LTE.
• 2G GSM Optimization of Network KPI Issue Like: CSSR%, TCH Drop%/ Blocking%/ Congestion%, SDCCH Drop%/ Blocking%/ Congestion%, HOSR%, CDR%, Call Dragging etc. RF KPI Performance Optimization Through Analysis: C/I-C/A Interference, Coverage Hole, Overshooting, Ping Pong, Call Cong., HO Failure, Cell Selection, Poor Quality, Indoor/ Outdoor Poor Rx Level, Overshooting, Water body/Obstacle, AMSL etc Troubleshoot problem Analysis & Optimization & Analysis of Log File PPT Report Work of RF Parameter Like: RX Level, RX Quality, BASIC-BCCH Planning, BER, FER, HSN, MAIO, C/I, C/A, TA, SQI, DTX, RLT Timer issue. Cluster/BSS Worst KPI Cell Tracker Optimization.
• 3G WCDMA Pre & Post Optimization of 3G Radio Parameter such as: RSCP, Ec/No, CPICH, SIR, UARFCN, Scrambling Code, CPICH, Pilot Pollution, Missing Neighbor, SHO Failure, Cell reselection, throughput, Interference, Neighbors Cell Optimization & Maintain KPI: RRC Failure%, RAB Drop%, CDR%, CSFR%, CCSR%, BLER%, Analyze Drive Test Analysis, BSC KPI Worst Cell Optimization.
